Is Ooh La La Halal certified?

Our site is currently not yet certified halal, but we are in the works for halal certification by end of the year.
All the ingredients we use in our creamery are Halal and Toyyib. Our Erythirol, Fiber blend and Stevia leaf extract used in our ice cream bases are all certified halal.

What allergens are present in your ice cream?

Do check the ingredients listed for more information. Our ice creams are made of egg yolks, fresh milk and may contains traces of nuts.

How long do your ice cream pints last?

Usually a day 😉

As all our ice creams are churned fresh daily and have no preservatives, our pints are best consumed within 1 month. For the best storage, turn your freezer down to -18 C.

How often are deliveries?

We offer same-day delivery for all orders placed before 12pm, with time slots available every day from 2:00pm-9:30pm. Once the orders are ready to be delivered, our team will notify you of the estimated delivery time in advance to ensure you receive the goods in good condition.

What are your delivery charges and areas covered?

We charge a flat rate of RM 10 per delivery and cover Klang valley (or within a 20 km radius from our creamery located in Jalan Ampang and Subang Jaya). Our ice cream pints can usually last 30 minutes in an insulated bag which we provide.
